I find I have little time to waste. Some days I teach for 9 hours between two campuses. However, there are those in-between moments—the ones I waste worrying over things I can’t change. People I can’t change. I hate when I waste my time, emotional and mental energy investing in people and things that really don’t matter at the end of the day. I despise giving place to that ugly, crippling, unhealthy bed partner call fear. I have wasted too much time with worry and fear. Truth be told–I hate those two.

Food for thought:
So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring worries of its own. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
Matthew 6:34
Well said…somehow I feel like we’re sailing in the same boat!

Our struggles connect us as humans on so many levels. I’m sure at some point I’ll be going where you’ve been or vice-versa. Blessings…✨
