10, 000 Reasons

Today [10/21/22] marks the one year anniversary of my first blog post. Yippee! Earlier this week, WordPress sent a congratulatory note that my site had passed 10, 000 views from over 74 countries. I take a moment to salute and thank all who stopped by to read, comment and share in my journey. You have indeed become part of my world. I have over 10, 000 reasons to be grateful. You’ve helped me stay true to my desire and dream to write.

For my fellow bloggers – Though I don’t know most of you personally, I’ve come to sense who you are from the things you are passionate about. I admire your incredible talent and the courage it takes to bare your heart on this platform. You’ve made me laugh, ponder, shed a tear or two at times, and whisper a prayer ever so often. Your stories of triumph, adversity, and hope both challenge and inspire me.

My first post ‘ Just Me’ had one ‘like’ and about 8 views in that month. I was excited that even one person read it. I just wanted to share my heart. It wasn’t even tagged [I knew nothing about blogging or tagging]. I still don’t know that much, but I’ve come some ways. God continues to be faithful! This milestone means I haven’t quit. I hope you don’t either.

‘And Still She Writes’

Thanks for doing this with me! I am a better writer/blogger partly because of you. We’ll do this another 10, 000 times! Here’s the link to my first post. I updated it by adding some tags.๐Ÿ˜…
