I allow the Son in
Let Him calm my chaos
Shine into the darkness
That pervades the inner me
Let His light be my North Star
Maybe then I’ll begin to see
Glimpses of the beauty that’s in you
Through His eyes
Our differences
Spells variety coexisting
Intentional – well planned
Purpose by design
Less fear of me
Less fear of you
Maybe the b-mbs would be silenced
The walls would crumble
Today we would have no need honor
The painful memories
That have destroyed part of you
That haunts you in the silence
The wounds that are bare and raw
Would finally be healed
If we let the Son in
